Repair Tips!

You can often times save unnecessary added repair cost by providing good details relative to your computer problems.  For example:  “My computer began locking up right after installing a new software program just a few days ago.”  “It only happens when I run x program.”  Write down any error messages and what steps you took to generate those errors.

It is generally a good idea to have any manuals, software disk, and CD’s that came with your computer.
